We also know that not everyone shares our love for kitchen adventures. We are all about helping you reclaim your time while still enjoying high-quality meals without the fuss of meal prep and cooking. We want to be your little sous-chef, your go-to when you're staring blankly into your fridge, wondering what to cook.

Think of us as your antidote to cooking fatigue.

Every week, we meticulously prepare a main dish and two sides which can easily be picked up at one of our farmers market locations.

Meet the Team

     Our journey began when we abandoned our desks, driven by a passion for culinary artistry and the belief that food has the power to create unforgettable moments. We connected in culinary school when we realized that dinner, for us even as chefs, had become another chore on the list and not so enjoyable. We desperately wanted to be able to walk to the corner and pick up something delicious and fresh, that we could serve our families on an average night, but still special enough that we would feel excited serving it to our friends for a casual dinner party.

 We loved the idea that everyone could have private, chef style meals, in their home without the chef. And like all good inventions, when we couldn't find it, we made it. Ready Set Table is our answer to making the kitchen a place you enjoy being. While we aren’t ready to launch in a brick and mortar space just yet, we are thrilled to launch our digital platform. Through our website, you can check out what we are offering this week at our farmers market location.

Isabelle Davis

Born and bred in the original land of grab-and-go, I'm a proud New Yorker with a taste for $2 pizza slices and a disdain for sad salads. Let's just say, I've never met a wilted leaf I couldn't rescue with a little culinary magic.

After almost decade in Boston – where I dabbled in everything from bustling restaurants to the creative stage as an art director (yes, I made things pretty for a living) – it was time to take my love for all things food and entertainment to the next level. I enrolled in the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, where the concept of Ready Set Table was born.

Rick Wynn

Rick has lived literally all over the eastern half of the US, both North and South, moving every few years of his life until into his early 30’s.  Born in Texas and raised by Tennessee native parents, he has southern cuisine and BBQ in his DNA.  Rick’s maternal grandparents owned a 500 acre farm with beef cattle, pigs and lots of produce.  “Farm to table” for Rick’s family was not a fad…it was a way of life…Fresh during growing season and canned and cured during the colder seasons.  When Rick was about 5 or 6, his mother ran a small, private catering business—it was really then that Rick’s love for the art of cooking started, when he was able to help his mom with some of the dishes she made.   

After grad school and 20+ years as a securities analyst and investment fund manager, Rick enrolled in Cambridge Culinary School (CSCA) to formalize his obsession for food and cooking.  At CSCA, Rick and Isabelle quickly found that they had similar palates and similar business objectives.  It was luck that caused us to meet, but it was our shared vision and passion for elevated comfort food and healthy everyday meals that gave birth to Ready Set Table.
